Wanna Lose 30 Pounds Over The Summer. How many calories do i need to burn per day?

i'm 15. about 5 foot. and 150 pounds. i would like to lose about 30 pounds before school starts again in the fall. how many calories should i consume each day? how many should i burn?

  2. If you are active you can eat 1750. If you are not so active then 1300 for your weight now. At them calorie limits you should lost at least a pound a week. It is best when you lose it slower, it makes it easier to maintain, than if you were to lose it fast.
  3. concentrate on diet . excercise till u get tired thts enough!
  4. I'd say just exercise and you will lose i exercise for 30 minutes walking on the tredmill and i lost about 20 pounds doing that so exercise and aslo do sit ups or something!! hope it helps!! ohh yea and eat healthly and smaller portions anddrink lots of water!!
