  1. god, i wish i was 110.
  2. You're already very skinny....
  3. I think you're the perfect weight
  4. I can't imagine how skinny you would look if under 110lbs? Normal/average weight for your height is 125....If you are good enough to be a 'flyer' (sorry not up on cheerleading protocol) then your weight is already fine - Bottom line try not to 'need' to change yourself too much to fit in etc. Seems to back fire and really - wouldn't it be nice to just make it cause you were good enough and if you didn't - there's something else out there for you? I've come to believe nothing you really want should be difficult or should take a huge effort on your part - wait and see what's what at the new school and go from there. Good luck
  5. no. i am 5'2 and 109lbs and everyone tells me i am too skinny. so you are taller than me and the same weight. i was about 5lbs smaller a couple months ago and everyone was thinking i just survived a genocide or something. do not lose the weight. it would not be healthy for your body and for highschool sports: not worth it.
  6. No, you should not lose weight. In fact, according to one site I found, your target weight should be 122 pounds. You could, however, build up muscle to get stronger, but losing more weight will only put you at risk for injury and possibly (depending on how you choose to lose your weight) serious health issues.
  7. You shouldn't lose weight the flyers at my school are around that height and that weight! So i wouldnt worry about it and since you have prior experience, i wouldnt see why you still couldnt do it.
  8. maybe lose 5 pounds. Your a pretty tall flyer so your ok probably. on my high school cheer tam the heaviest flyer is 105 thats why i say that. the heaviest flyer is 5'4"
