How to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks?
I really want to lose weight, I feel uncomfortable in certain clothing and I really want to feel better about myself because my weight is causing me to lose confidence so please give tips on how I could lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks.

- That is unrealistic weight lose for such a short period of time. However, toning up can happen very quickly. First off work out 5 times a week, lots of cardio at least 30 mins of it, and weight training. Eat 5 times a day, lots of vegetables and fruits, very little fat, no junk food or any meat besides turkey and chicken white meat. Eating vegetables will actually clean out your system. Also i suggest taking an enema or laxative. I did and pooped out about 3 pounds of waste over the last week. I knew I was constipated but never knew how much!
- You should try getting some pills called Phentermine from your doctor. I've always been really thin...I was like a size 0 before I got married..after I had my first son I went to a size 3 and after I had my second I gained alot of weight..I was a size 11, I tried working out alot...didnt work..so I went to my doctor and he gave me those pills.. I lost alot of weight.. in the first wk, I lost 10 lbs... they're awesome... You should try getting them...
