how to lose 20 pounds before school starts?

Well, im going to a new highschool. School starts in about 3 weeks and i have a good bit of belly fat but not too much. I want to lose at least 20 pounds before school starts to make a good impression. What should i do? - please dont say pills and crazy stuff like that.

  1. To lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks is extremely dangerous! You'll make a good impression with your personality! Focus on being healthy. Eat a good diet (salads, fruits & veggies, ect..watch the salad dressing, it can get fattening!) Drink plenty of water (water is key to weight loss! But don't over do it... you can have too much of a good thing.) Start a cardio routine, walk/jog/run... or just DANCE for a good 30 minutes a day. Do crunches (I love my ab lounge!) You abs won't show until you lose that layer of fat over them first. Good luck! Take it slow. Good luck at your new school, i'm sure you'll do fine!
  2. Juice fast. It's not crazy, it works, it's healthy, and it cleanses your body and helps you lose heaps of weight. I'm on one now. Look around on the internet for more info. If you want toning, try Pilates a few times each week. You'll look great.

CARDIO AND EATING HEALTHY. like running jogging taking the dog for a walk taking a bike ride. uhm skating just like cardio stuff eat healthy try to lay off the junk food no soda because it has high fructose corn syrup and thats like OB CITYY. (OBESITY) be smart be healthy be fit. :D good luck .

Losing that amount of weight in that little time is VERY UNHEALTHY. 2-3 pounds a week is healthy, and if you lose weight quickly with out being on a healthy diet your more than likely to gain the weight you lost back again and sometimes more. Most people drink 21% of their daily calories so thats something you should really watch. Water has 0 calories so that is a good alternative to juices and sodas. Healthy eating is a good way to go but if you must have that piece of chocolate just have a bite. You dont have to have to lose weight just because your going to a new school. Just be yourself.
