what is the fastest easiest way to lose 20 pounds?
im 16, 5'6" and 170lbs. ive always been around 150 but scince i met my bf (we've been together for a year) i think im too comfortable with my life and ive let myself go, i don't really worry about how i look any more,and i've gained about 20-25 pounds,i just want to be thinner,healthier,but i've tried atkins,wieght watchers and just not eating but nothing seems to work. does any one know a way to lose wieght fast, cause im pretty impatient!

- Proper diet and exercise. There is no magic bullet when it comes to dropping pounds the right way. You have to watch your carbs, eat fruit and veggies and exercise. The fad diets are not good for you and ultimatley don't work. I have seen people lose weight fast on Adkins and to a person they put it back on and more. Proper diet and exercise. - Well, first off, the atkins diet is a joke. at 16, you NEED carbs. Moving on, walk. Walk walk walk walk, and then, when you're done walking, go for a walk. Walking is the BEST form of weight loss exercise you can do. Period. As for diet, eat healthy. Fruits, veggies, stuff like that. Cut back on the fatty stuff (I'm not saying you eat lots of it. I just wanted to make a point that it's bad for you). My last point. Don't worry TOO much about weight. Yes, 5'6'' 170 is borderline, it's not really all that bad. Now if you said TWO seventy...... - Hi there ~ The best way...is first drink lots and lots of water. Disani is great and taste good!! Drink atleast 8 glasses a day to flush your body....Also, what worked for me is a nice boneless, skinless, chicken breasts for lunch ..you can even give it zip with picante' sauce! No fat or calories...and it's good for you! Salads are good...but watch the dressing...again..use picante' sauce.....yogurt is also good mixed with fresh fruit! Weeks of this...you'll drop it like crazy...and don't forget to exercise.....hopefully by saying this...your health is good and you have healthy check-ups! Get out your i-pod...your fav. music and just imagine yourself.....AMAZING! Good luck!!
- i just lost 20lbs on the soup diet. 7 days on the soup with green beans and 7 days on the cabbage soup diet. my shoe size even went down 1/2 size. try it, it really work. but you can not cheat.
- Hey Girl, I totally know what you are talking about. But definitely ditch the pill and the no-carb stuff...WAAYYYY unhealthy! Try the "Special K" diet, it does work! IF you stick to it you will lose weight but its pretty difficult! I tried it for one week and lost 5pounds! But the following week, i totally cheated and it was hard for me to get back on the diet. So what I'm saying is---if you do it without cheating---it will work! Check out the website! and good luck!
