How can I lose 20 pounds before another family event?

Everytime I go to my relatives house for family events and I eat and eat.I want to lose 20 pounds b4 the next family thing what can I do to lose that.

  1. depends on how much time you have. just start out doing 100 sit ups a day and every week do more. it works!!!!!!!!
  2. Call or go to a website that has a thing where you can eat and lose weight at the same time.
  3. when is the next family event? If its next week, you're out of luck. If its in a month, then you could lose maybe 10-15 lbs by cutting way down on your white carbs, like white bread and rice. Eat lots of green vegetables and lean proteins. And exercise too.
  4. well it all really depends how much time you have. If your next family event is next week thats pretty impossible. Just try to lose the weight healthy, dont do anything crazy that will just make you gain the weight twice as worse later. Dont eat fast foods or anything fried. Drink a lot of water and exercise a lot.
  5. work aout on treadmills and anything that has to do with running. stop junk food. drink more water then sweet things.

  7. Cardio, cardio, and more cardio. Start running, jogging, cycling, power walking, whatever. Eliminate as many sugars from your diet as well.
