Is it possible to lose 20 pounds in 7 weeks?
I really need to lose 20 pounds(exactly, maybe more) in 7 weeks. Thats really all i have before i go back to school. Is it possible for me to lose all the weight in that amount of time? And if it is how long do i need to work out daily?

- Yes it's possible-that works out to be about 3 pounds you need to lose every week. You need to be drinking 64 oz of water daily. Lean meats and non starchy vegetables (no white potatoes, white rice, corn) and fruits. Exercise 1-1 1/2 hours at least 3 to 4 times a week. Leave the sodas, juices, and empty calorie beverages alone.
- eat all veggies and fruits only water/BLACK coffee/tea (the REAL, calorie free kind) no sugar no fats have a bowl of total cereal with milk once a week and measure the serving sizes exact just go swimming often, situps, go for walks at least 1 1/2 hours each day is my guess
