- Intense exercise
- Intense cardio and less sugars.
- 20 lbs in 2 weeks? Um, that's the amount you healthily lose in TWO MONTHS. (( Unless you're severely obese, which I've heard makes the count be a bit higher. ))
- I don't think it's healthy to lose 20 in 2 weeks. The most you should lose in 6 pounds in 2 weeks.
- you can't lose that much and be healthy. the most you can lose in 2 weeks without gaining it right back is 2 pounds per week. i know it sucks, cause we all want to lose weight that quick. but if you end up losing weight that fast your body will be in shock and won't be able to function properly. just increase the amount of exercise you do and limit the amount of salt you eat because it will make you retain water (and you'll think you're getting fatter when you aren't). good luck!
- When starting an excersize program, you'll need a few things: Will-power is one of them. Like I say, no will power, no weight loss. Make sure you don't skip any meals, especially breakfast. Also, 20 pounds in 2 weeks is pretty fast weight loss. Just be careful and follow all of the directions carefully. Another thing that will help is if you do cardio in the morning before breakfast and drink plenty of water. Good Luck, and remember, keep it safe and don't overdo yourself.
- You will never be able to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks and keep it off. Even if you are able to lose the 20 pounds in 2 weeks, this is not a healthy amount of weight to lose in such a short period of time. Considering the only way to lose that much weight over 2 weeks is to basically starve yourself and run many miles each day, your body will actually start to put on more fat after you lose the weight for fear you will starve yourself again. If you want to lose 20 pounds of fat, you should aim at losing 1-2 pounds per week over a period of 10-20 weeks. There is no easy way to lose weight (and especially to keep off the weight)! You can achieve this though by exercising 4-5 days a week. It is necessary that you burn more calories than you eat. So, restrict your diet to maybe 1500 calories per day (much less would be unhealthy) and try to burn 2000 calories per day. Try to spread those 1500 calories into 4-5 small meals spread out over the day every 3 hours. Drinks lots of water (so you feel more full) and don't drink any soda or lattes from Starbucks which have tons of sugar and calories. Go to the gym, do a light weight lifting routine 3 days a week followed by an hour to 2 hours of cardio exercise. I'd recommend also doing cardio 2 more days a week, and taking 2 days off to let your body rest and recover. Don't try to lose weight fast! You WILL end up gaining more weight and FAT afterwards as a result, GUARANTEED. Fact: 90% of people who lose weight on trendy diets regain the weight within a year. Eat healthy, and get to the gym and exercise HARD. There is no other way, I'm sorry to break it to you. Anyone who tells you there is another way is lying.
- Find a cause and go on a hunger strike.
- please do not try it is not healthy if you do not get the right amount of nutrients, proteins, and fats, you will look horrible. your skin and hair will be so dry and uncontrolable and you will not be able to concentrate well. if you want to lose a few try eating healthy and excercising. you probably dont even have to lose any you probably are healthy right now
- I think you should be working on your mindset first. go to: How to lose 2 pounds a week? : http://www.loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=207&Itemid=62 I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy. You see, we are what we are today because of our past... our past actions.. these actions are decided by our decisions in what to eat and whether to exercise lead and they lead us to having this figure today.. These decisions come from your mindsets. Now, suppose I do teach you how to lose the weight and you do lose it.. but if your mindsets and decisions are the same.. and so your actions are the same. So you would continue to eat as you did, sleep as you did and ta da! After three months, you probably will not maintian your weight loss but instead go back to square one.. dun you agree? ;) So it is impt to get your mindsets right first. Before you start any weight loss program, here are some questions you might like to think about to prepare your mindset for weight loss: 1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time. 2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons) 3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible) 4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible) 5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years? 6) Then when do I want to take action? Some solutions I can offer you for diet: Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class... go to for more..:the link:: http://www.loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=207&Itemid=62
