- Cut an arm off. In all seriousness, you can't lose that much in one week. It's not possible. If it is, you're more than likely to get very ill for whatever's coming up and you'll miss it.
- exercise alot but in your case for one week exercise more than alot eat a lot of carbs because losing all that that fast is not to healthy. eat alot of green leafy vegetables.
