Anybody know how to lose about 20 pounds in 2 months?
I need to lose 20 pounds in under 2 months using only street workouts and no gym. Im in cage fighting and i got banned from the gyms for 2 months for getting personal. But if i want to make a comeback i need to lose weight again. So please ive tried running countless miles a day but its only small improvements any ideas. Im 17 yrs old my height is 5'7 and i currently weigh 180 pounds i need to drop under 165.

- I lost 30 pounds with yogalates (it's pilates and yoga combined) it is really easy and I'm thin anyway, but I couldn't lose weight, so I thought, what the heck...anyway, it worked...fast...I would say 3-4 months, but you could probably do it in 2 if you ran as well and what not. Try running wtih ankle weights...

- That is 2-1/2 pounds a week. Just diet and exercise will do that. Realize that any muscle building exercise will offset weightloss, as muscle is quite a bit heavier than fat. I never use a scale. The mirror is all I need to see, to judge my results. If your competition is weight bracketed, then stick to high rep/no weight training, diet like mad, and take lots of vitamin supplements to offset the dietary loss. If it isn't, quit worrying about weight and build some dang muscle size!!!
