What is the best possible way to lose 20 pounds in like 2 months?
Well i really want to lose like 20 or so pounds and i have been trying to lose it anyway possible i am not that overweight but i know i am a little bit over weight .... I want to be a different person once i go back to school ..

- regular exercise and a healthy balanced diet. most people don't realize how much junk they eat so try keeping a food journal. once you see how much you are eating and what you should change, it can work wonders. and 2 pounds a week is very doable!!! also maybe look up Weight Watchers, it does cost to join, but if you do it online,which i do, its like $15 a month! endless resources for everything! recipes, exercise and just living healthy!
- try to check first if your weight is of proportion to your height... if it is not proportionate.. then, you should go on a diet.. do not to eat junk foods.. avoid eating oily foods.. go for fruits every snack time.. do a regular exercise.. avoid drinking carbonated drinks.. drink a glass of water every before a meal.. limit your food intake according to your daily activity...
