  2. Try these healthy tips http://eating-healthy.net/healthy-tips.php
  3. Stop eating :)
  4. buy apple cider vinegar and flaxseed oil. follow the directions otherwise you'll get bad diareha. [sp] i've been taking it for 4 days and i've lost 3 pounds. a pound a day isn't bad.
  5. Lida...its a weight loss pill. It has all natural stuff in it..google it. I lost about 12 in 3 weeks I just started it too >_>
  6. you can't. you can do 10 though!
  7. I drank a ton of water. For breakfast i had baby carrots and fat free ranch as well as applesauce. For lunch i'd eat something like a nutrigrain bar and a sandwich like pb&J on wheat. Sometimes i'd just eat one whole can of chicken noodle soup. For supper, I ate grilled chicken and green beans. Anytime i wanted a snack i ate jello, the carrots again, applesauce, or popcorn. I worked out usually 7 days a week and changed up my routine every couple of days. Do some toning in the weight room during your cool-down period, then go back to cardio machines. If i had time at night, i'd walk..whether it was just a tenth of a mile, a whole mile, or just a walk to the mailbox. Try not to eat after 6pm...just drink water if you get hungry after that. Cut out all sodas, even diet ones. You'll see 20+ pounds off if you do this..because i did and tended to fudge a lot because i loved potato chips. *tip* if you cant go to a gym or dont have you own gym, try dancing...it really burns the calories quick and is super fun. I have Fit TV and it's great to work out with..they have belly dancing on there too. I have XM radio and usually work out and dance to that if i cant go to the gym.
  8. It is very easy to lose 20 pounds of WEIGHT in a month. But it is another matter entirely to lose 20 pounds of FAT in a month...there is no way to do it safely. You can safely lose about 2 pounds a week, maybe 3 pounds a week for a little while when you first start out. It's simple: burn more calories than you consume. To get the most out of your metabolism, eat a mix of (good) carbs, proteins, and (good) fats...imagine your plate is a pie--3 slices should be good carbs, 2 slices should be protein, and 1 slice should be fats. Also, eat every 3 - 4 hours...you should have 5 or 6 small meals per day instead of 2 or 3 big ones. This will help boost your metabolism even more. As far as exercise, I would do a blend of weight training and HIIT. Do HIIT one day, and weight training the next, then HIIT the next day, and so on and so forth. Do your HIIT in the morning after breakfast. Do your weight training right before a meal, and be sure you consume a good protein source when you eat that meal. This is HIIT: http://musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp Oh, and drink lots of water and get lots of sleep.
  9. 2-3 hours/day of cardio and resistance training and consume low fat, low calories and balanced meals (aim for 5 mini meals to boost metabolism) for about 1200-1400 cals/day
  10. 5 hours conditioning with 20 pounds on you every days. Eat Fruits in the morning. Stop and control your eating habit, takes food with less calories. Avoids Fast Foods. Eat Vegetables. Sleep wells. Be Active. thats all I can tell you. and I dropped from 150 to 140 from those tips.
  11. its not healthy at all dear...the safest to lose is about 10 pounds of fat/month...the human body was never designed to shed fat fast,so patience and discipline goes a long way to keep you slim and sweet for life!keep the curves darling, but stay slim and also healthy...do cardio and toning exercises 6 days /week ...portion control & calorie shift your food intake...it wont be tough to lose at least 2 lbs/week...good luck
  12. Unless your realllllly fat, losing 20 pounds is very unhealthy, but very easy. All you have to do is amputate your legs and bamb your 20 pounds lighter. Seriously though, you should lose at most 8 pounds a month, or 2 pounds a week. It also depends how much you weigh, if your 130 trying to get 110 thats much harder than a person 190 going 170. If you really really want to lose 20 pounds, just lift weights for about one hour a day. You won't get ripped but your body will start getting rid of fat. If you do that and eat about 2/3 less of what you normally eat you should lose 20 pounds rather easily. Don't go anorexic because anorexic people look disgusting.
  13. Ok, well there are a NUMBER of ways you can do this, and all are pretty effective and none will be easy... first off please avoid any unnatural and unhealthy ways of losing weight since they will hurt you a lot more in the long run. Ok, you MUST exercise for a good 30mins everyday. Aerobics and very minimal weights are good because you want to work up a good sweat and lose as many calories as possible. Callisthenics should be more than enough, just google some good workout routines and change them up about once a week. On top of exercising make sure you walk as much as possible, take the stairs over an elevator, try to be as active as possible. Swimming, sports, outdoor activities are all good ideas as well. I wouldn't suggest it for long term due to it's effects on your joints but since you need it in a month, jogging daily is not a bad idea also. So now that that's out of the way, let's get to diet. There are a lot of misconceptions out there about what to eat to lose weight and different things have worked for different people. What I'm going to suggest is just for the QUICKEST weightloss for the month. Stay away from sugar at all costs and carbs (breads, grains, pasta, etc) as best as possible, or if you must only COMPLEX carbs (i.e: whole grains). Eat as much raw foods as possible (i.e: veggies and fruit, although not too many sweet fruits), and anything high in protein (like grilled chicken, fish, lentils). Fried food are a no go, if your food needs to be cooked make sure it is steamed or grilled. Stay from juices, pops, junkfood and anything that you know is 'bad for you'. If you reduce or eliminate salt fro your diet you will lose a lot of weight suddenly from water retention, but make sure you drink plenty of water constantly (about half your weight in ounces). A good multivitamin supplement or greens powder/drink is also beneficial to make sure you get all your nutrients as well. Certain trace minerals like chromium and vanadium are good for balancing blood sugar levels and are good for therapeutic use also. For further info contact a nutritionist or naturopath! Last but not least you must stay positive and feel good about yourself. Keep track of your progress and set the goal in your mind to help will yourself to it. :) Goodluck and stay healthy!
