How can i lose 15 pounds in 2 MONTHS?
I weight 139 and want to lose about 15 pounds in two months. How can i do this?

- yes it is possible... i mean 2 lbs/week times 4= 8x2=16 i lost 15 lbs in 6 months!!! well first u would have to work out about 5 days a week for an 1 hr a day- and u have to start eating helathier- cut out junk food, fats food and sodas and other sugary drinks, and drink lots of water- the reason why i took so long to lose the weight was because i had problems with my "diet" actually dont look at it as a diet- more of a lifestyle change- and if u cnat exercise- just make sure that u move around alot
- At 139, that would be very difficult. At 210, i got down to my current weight of 181 in about 2 and a half months.. but that was because there was a lot to burn =D. I would deffinetly suggest getting a regular cardio workout plan to follow 5-6 times week if you don't have one allready. Also, cut out any unnccessary foods, such as snacks or anything you add to your meals ( salt, dressing, ect. ). If you lost 2lbs a week, that would give you about 16 by your deadline, so I am sure you can do it. ^.^ Best of Luck!
- Very easily. Eat lean meats, good carbs, leafy greens, and fruit. No soda, as little refined sugar as possible. Exercise at least 30 minutes daily. I went from 135 to 120 in 7 weeks that way.
- Detox just google it also exersise/drinking lots of water and drinking milk
