Can I lose 15 pounds in a month and a half?
Okay so.. im 14 5'1 and i weigh like 125. Um..I want to look good for my birthday which is a month and a half away. Can i lose 15 pounds by then? without starving myself.

- if you want to do it the healthy way, start with doing 25 sit-ups or crunches four times a day and then 25 leg lifts on each side four times a day. jump rope, and do a lot of stretching exercises. drink 64 fl ounces of water a day and stay away from soda and candy. otherwise make sure you are getting plenty of protein, fruit and veggies, etc. don't starve yourself, just ask yourself what extras you can do without.
- Absolutely. All it takes is a healthy diet low in calories from sugars and fats, excercise and determination. Try skating or skiing or just playing in the snow. They're super fun but they burn tons of calories as well. And stay away from all pop-- diet too. It increases your appetitie and creates fat around your liver. Good Luck!
