Lose pounds and inches

What is the quickest way to lose 15 pounds?

I am 15, 5'8, and 140 pounds. I want to lower my BMI by losing 10-15 pounds. Can any one give me descriptions, or links to good stomach and other exercises, also good diet plans. Please help me. Thanks.

  4. all you have to do is not drinks soda or eat any type of bread. do a good exercise like bike riding and crouches that worked for me. also only eat 3 times a day no more no less.
  5. Hey people, she wants a diet, not to starve herself. I would just eat 1200 cals/day (the lowest healthy amt.) and exercise as much as possible, lots of cardio plus a little strength training.
  6. for me it doesn't matter what i eat so long as i portion out everything. workout at least 45 minutes most days. as far as good excercises- you may just need some toning which the stability ball workouts are great for. your muscles are worked alot harder and you get a better shape.

  8. First off, you don't need to lose weight. You're actually in the dead center of the healthy weight range for your height. Losing 15 lbs would make you dangerously underweight. However, I always encourage healthy eating habits and exercise. You should be eating at least 2000 calories a day, plus whatever you burn from exercise. Mostly protein and complex carbs (Yes, this means eat bread. Lots of bread. Sub sandwiches are great). Don't fall for the Atkins crap! Unless you're a fatass you need carbs or your liver and brain will get all kinds of weird diseases. Pushups, situps, and leg lifts are all great ab exercises that can be done at home. I also recommend biking instead of driving to school if at all possible. The exercise in the morning helps you wake up and stay focused throughout the day. And it only sounds hard until you do it for a couple weeks. At this point you need to focus on building muscle for the sexy curves that men want. The rumor that rail-thin girls are attractive is completely false, and spread ONLY (ask around) by girls who can't get a boyfriend, but can't figure out that it's because they're a bitch, so they assume it's because they aren't pretty enough (which is rarely ever the case).
  9. Firstly please dont read any stupid comments that have been put on here. People with too much time on their hands and are quite happy ruining some peoples lives by being easilty influenced. Your are not overweight!! Do not make yourself throw up. This can damage more then you realise in your body including your bowels, rotting your teeth, skin, hair and furthermore mental health & social life If you're really unhappy with your current size then join a slimming world or weight watchers. I really swear by these as they have lists of foods that you can eat as much as you like and its classed as 'free foods' if you dont want to join the classes, look in tesco for the 'GI' Foods... As well as some exercises every other day, you wont instantly lose it but you WILL feel good for it quickly!
