Is it possible to lose 15 pounds in a short period of time?
I am currently 15, turning 16 in a few months. I weigh 112-115 (I'm not sure because my scale is screwed), I'm 5''4-5''5 and I exercise daily. I'm looking to lose 15 pounds for the summer and hopefully go down to 100 pounds. Is there anyway I could do that in a short period of time?

- It definitely is possible. The problem is that since you are very light already, the pounds won't come off as easily. Try eating 1000 - 1200 calories each day. For example: yogurt in the morning, chicken salad for lunch, tomato soup for dinner.
- It sounds like it is out of your healthy weight range. I would not suggest it. Check that first before you do anything.
- You shouldnt worry about diet at your age. You are fine. You are still growing a lot so you need the extra cushion. 15 pounds may take several weeks unless you want to starve yourself. Just dont blame me if you dont have enough chemicals in the brain and die due to starvation.
- From a guys point of view, any girl under 115 is gonna look like a boy..a small, young boobless boy
- you need 6 weeks to safely lose all that fat via cardio and toning exercises 6 days/week...dont forget to portion control your food intake
- Hi! I see that your BMI is 19.4 which is very healthy! And if you go to 100lbs you'll be very thin which is not healthy for you. I advise you to eat healthy and get toned! You probably just need toning. Good Luck!
