- I don't think you need to loose any weight according to your height and weight.
- It doesn't sound like you need to lose much more, if any. I did hear about an interesting diet not long ago though. Can't remember the name of it, but some famous people do it. It not only helps a person lose weight, but supposedly cleans them out. They go on it for several days. Anyway, it consists of just having this drink that has stuff in it like corn syrup and a few other ingredients. This comedian was on the bob and tom show in the morning and was carrying around his drink with him, I guess so he wouldn't get too hungry. Anyway, I heard the corn syrup I think it was, was the thing that helps a person survive. Not sure. Sorry I can't remember more!
- stay where u are 20 pounds with ur height not good for ya if youre friends want say it u have a problem and u need help
- You need to eat more the just veggies to loose weight. You need the nutrition of a healthy diet, with lean meats the right carbs, and fruit and veggies, along with proper fluids, filtered water is great. Be sure to take a Mu lit- Vitamin daily and exercise daily, we enjoy walking, bile riding or swimming 30 minutes a day is good. Best Wishes and Happy Naturally loosing weight. If i can loose weight you can too! God Bless!
- ummm, thats tricky. first of losing weight isnt a quick process, and it would probably be pritty hard to lose 15-20 pounds in like two months. it would probably take more like 3 or 4 months at least. but in terms of losing the weight i would first consult the doctor if he thought it would be healthy to do so, and then ask him for advice or a "diet"
- I'm 5'8, weigh way more than you, and I'm not fat. I don't think you need to lose weight. Or maybe our bodies are very different.
- a bowl of wheat broth is 1200 cal.,that only leaves 800 to live on...not including bathroom runs ever once in a while ,,speaking of running,if you got the strengh left.,.,try it,start slow and short ,reframe from over doing it ,build up slowly.<<>IS<>
- ok well cut down on chips and fastfood too. 15 pounds is gunna be a little hard in just a few months but deff possible. stick to it stay consistent, weigh yourself every week to see your progress. dont eat fried stuff. do crunches and lift small weights. regulate yourself, only eat twice a day, low-fat milk...do a little more cardio if you have too
- You're not overweight. You don't NEED to lose weight. Are you planning to run for a beauty pageant like Miss America or be a fashion model? People who maintain very low body weights can be notoriously unhealthy, you open yourself up to lowered immunity and may be very susceptible to whatever cold, flu or bugs that are going around. It is unrealistic for you to aspire to a body weight that is far lower than your natural, healthy state. This is only going to lead to self-esteem and body issues when you find yourself constantly being frustrated by not reaching your goal. To get over your body's natural defence mechanism to losing too much weight you are going to have to resort to radical measures to shock your system and that invariably is going to be unhealthy. Most times when you go on a radical diet you end up gaining more weight - it's called yo-yo dieting and it's a real phenomenon. You're a tall girl, you're not supposed to weigh 110 lbs. It is not the number of pounds on the scale that makes the difference here between fat or not fat. Maybe you're unhappy with the way you look as you might have certain areas on the body that could be toned or more muscular or firmer. Healthy, firm toned muscle weighs more than fat but it looks a lot skinnier. You'd be far better off getting a trainer than trying any crazy or fad restrictive diet. Strong and healthy is 100% sexier than frail and emaciated - ask any guy! They want a girl with sexy, womanly curves, a booty, strong legs - they don't want a bag of bones with a sunken chest and ribs sticking out! Who's sexier Gabrielle Reese, Beyonce or an anoxeric? Think about it. Be your fit, athletic, strong, sexy self and don't get trapped focusing on the numbers. It's a trap many women fall victim to. I weigh 20-25lbs more than you and believe me, I'm not fat! Sure, I'd look skinnier if I lost 15lbs but so what? What difference would that possibly make to my life? I already get more than enough attention from men so I'm good. To put things in perspective your metabolism slows the older you get so you will gain weight the longer you're alive. If you watch your diet and continue to exercise you'll be healthy but when you're 40 you're not likely to weigh the same as when you were 19. That's life - and it beats the alternative.
