How can i lose 15 pounds over the summer?
I am 5'4 and 140 pounds. i am no means overweight, but i am trying to lose around 15 pounds over the summer. If i go for about a 2 mile bike ride 5 days a week and go to the beach and swim alot, how much weight do you think i could lose before school starts around september 6. Dfha F, im not a "fat shitwipe" your an asshole.

- You're fit. Don't worry about it, but you should do crunches every morning! 30 of them.
- if you do do all that what you just said youll probably end up losing about 20 so thats fine. luck
- if you are not overweight, then you should love thy body the way it is :)
- forget those exercises, they arent fat burners anyway. cut your calories drastically, and dont eat anything after 6pm
- you'll definitely lose 15 pounds by then if you do that and drink lots of water and fruits and avoid foods with lots of carbs and calories. ur luckkyyy school for me starts august 26th!
- Just get out there and play sports and take quick meals instead of big ones. I'm in the opposite situation I'm trying to gain 20 pounds over the summer. And I'm 5'9 weighing 135
- you could make a checklist and check off if you ate some fruit, vegetables, grain, ect. but when it comes to mayo, sour cream, cream cheese and stuff like that go easy on it. Keep up on the bike ride!
- you probably will loose alot of weight but gain muscle and muscle weighs more then fat, so do not worry about your weight as much. focus on staying healthy and the weight and good things will follow also you might want to try to watch what you are eating if you eat to much you will not loose any weight but eat healthy but to much healthy food and eat sweets once in a while hope this helps and good luck with your bike ride
- It depends on what you are eating? IF you are eating healthy foods like fruits and low fat foods then you will loos around 10-15 pounds. look at the nutrition label on the foods you buy. look for low fat. - eat at designated times only eat 3 times a day or 6 like americans do but 3 is better because you are not constantly thinking about when you shold eat again. just 3 square meals. you should eat a well balanced died otherwise you will be hungry and you might binge if you don't eat well or 1 or 2 days then you eat a lot it ruins everything .Beleive me been there done that. type balanced diet or food puramid on google, if you cannot go to a nutritionist. As far as exercise , I'd continue cycling, but remember in order to lose weight what you put in must be less than what you put out meaning eat burn more calories than you eat. Drink lots of water upto 3L a day is ok, sometimes even more if you are out doing things in the summer and it is so hot. But to answer you , if you do all these things and you really want to drop the 15 pounds it is perfectly safe and you can totally do it by september 6th. just dont gain it back. so maybe you should do it gradually. BTW at ur height they say and I do agree unless you know you have lots of muscles you should be no more than 120lbs.
- Do away with junk food and do some exercise.You can take some evening strolls and some little jogging.It will help.
