Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in a month with just exercise?
School starts in a month for me and I haven't lost weight yet, So I wanted to know if it's possible for me to lose 10 pounds with exercise and if so, what exercises?

- You have to eat right too. You won't lose weight with just exercise alone. Walk/run, go up and down stairs, sit ups, push up, lift weights, etc.
- I really doubt it. Losing ten pounds in a month probably isn't too wise, anyway. Weight loss is difficult, and if you lose weight too fast, it can be very harmful.
- Sure, but it mostly depends on m/f, muscle mass, current weight. Anything that burns calories will work, but core focussed full body movements @ max intervals or sub-max intensity will burn mega calories. You could walk for hours and still not burn as many calories in a day as an athlete does in 30 minutes of training.
