Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in a month with just exercise?

School starts in a month for me and I haven't lost weight yet, So I wanted to know if it's possible for me to lose 10 pounds with exercise and if so, what exercises?

  1. You have to eat right too. You won't lose weight with just exercise alone. Walk/run, go up and down stairs, sit ups, push up, lift weights, etc.
  2. I really doubt it. Losing ten pounds in a month probably isn't too wise, anyway. Weight loss is difficult, and if you lose weight too fast, it can be very harmful.
  3. Sure, but it mostly depends on m/f, muscle mass, current weight. Anything that burns calories will work, but core focussed full body movements @ max intervals or sub-max intensity will burn mega calories. You could walk for hours and still not burn as many calories in a day as an athlete does in 30 minutes of training.
