How many miles would I have to run to lose 10 pounds?I weigh 124.4 pounds.

- You need to run everyday little by little not all at once, it wont work.
- here is a workout plan that seems reasonable if ur just getting started Run every other day for 30 min- stretch first! you can start running everyday after a week and start to increase ur speed. good luck
- Eat less, it is easier than running. Then just do regular exercises
- You can't do it all at once. First run a bit, then try doing crunches or sit-ups to help. Do this everyday and you will lose 10 pounds. Worked for me! (:
