How many miles do I have to run to lose 10 pounds?

How many miles would I have to run to lose 10 pounds?I weigh 124.4 pounds.

  1. You need to run everyday little by little not all at once, it wont work.
  2. here is a workout plan that seems reasonable if ur just getting started Run every other day for 30 min- stretch first! you can start running everyday after a week and start to increase ur speed. good luck
  3. Eat less, it is easier than running. Then just do regular exercises
  4. You can't do it all at once. First run a bit, then try doing crunches or sit-ups to help. Do this everyday and you will lose 10 pounds. Worked for me! (:
