How to lose 10 pounds in a week?
Don't say its unhealthy or any of that...I really need to lose 10 pounds, though. In one week. Please give me suggestions! I excercise already but I am going to start excersizing even more. And eating a lot less.

- sorry there is no healthy way to do that... and even if u did find some unhealthy way to, u would gain it right back anyway... so why not just take the time and do it healthy giving u a better chance of not gaining it back.
- exercising can give u muscles. and mussel ways more that fat so exercising too much wont make u lose weight but maintain it.
- Sorry but u just cant do that unless you are extremely obese and r going from eating immense amounts of foods and no exercising to little food and constant excercising...
- ps also if you eat alot of small meals though out the day to keep your matabalism going and by drinking a bottle of water when you wake up is a good way to kickstart it to
- a friend of mines is on this liquid diet and she says that she is losing weight. what you do is only drink liquid things. but not liquid that is like jamba juice and stuff.
