How much cardio should i do a day to lose 10 pounds?

I want to lose 10 pounds, and keep it off so any advice i am looking for.

  2. Lose 10 pounds in a month? Very possible. Lose at least 6000-7000 calories each day. THAT'S LIKE 2 POUNDS!. But you since you eat. You won't lose exactly 2 pounds. But It will work itself out until it turns 10 pounds.
  3. 30 min is the reccommded amount however that is normally for maintenance so if you are looking to lose I would reccommend at least 1hr a day. Try to get your heart rate up and sweat. Sweating helps release toxins which is good for you. If you are trying to lose weight try to get two or three sessions of weights in there as well. Weights build muslce which in turn burns calories 24/7. three to four exercises with 3 sets of 12 would be a nice start.
