How to lose 10 pounds by the 21st of April ?

I dont NEED to lose it, but i'd like to have 10 pounds on my side by the 21st (11 days away, 12 if you count today) What can I do to lose the 10 pounds in this time period? PLEASE be very specific or include a website with info.

  3. Losing 10 lbs in a 12 day period may not be the healthiest thing to do. Weightloss is a slow process that takes work. If you want a quick weight loss solution, try cutting carbs out of your diet and drinking A LOT of water. Water is the key to losing weight. Make sure that you drink at least 4 16.9oz bottles per day. Also, keep in mind, that what ever way you choose to lose your 10lbs, it is very possible that you will gain it back relatively easily. For example, if you cut your carbs, once you introduce them back into your diet, the weight will come back on. ALSO, if you are currently in a healthy weight range, it may be difficult to lose that weight in a short period of time EVEN if you try a fad diet. Please, whatever you do, though, DO NOT starve yourself. You will be doing a lot of damage to your body that way. It's not worth it.
  4. lots of water.. running.. balanced diet, hoodia helps apitite, niassin help burn fat, do the dew!
  5. dont' starve yourself - that will ruin your metabolism. Eat very sensibly - at least 1200 calories a day. and do 30 minutes of exercise a day.
  6. eat right and excersize....you lose2-5 pounds a week

  8. I really don't think it's possible. That means you have to lose a pount a day up to the 21st April.
