How many calories should I eat while trying to lose 10 pounds?
What is a good amount of calories to eat if you want to lose 10-20 pounds in 2 months? Is 1500 enough, too much too little? What is a good amount?

- Eat 500 calories less than you eat. Or you can eat the usual calorie intake (not overdoing it) and exercise to lose 500 calories.
- Do alot of work outs so u wont be all flabby
- it depends.. if you're going to work out, then you should eat a couple hundred more calories. But if you're on a normal lifestyle type, then 1200-1500 calories is enough to help you lose 10-20lbs in 2 months. Take a multivitamin to make up for any nutrient deficit if necessary.
