How to lose 10 pounds in a month?

i'm about 6'0 180 and i feel that in order to get into better shape and look better is to lose 10 pounds. any one have any suggestions or tips for how i can achieve my goal?

  1. To lose 10 lbs a month you need to burn 1000 calories more than you take in per day. This means you either cut 1000 calories from your diet or cut 500 calories and exercise away the other 500 calories.
  2. Go to the gym 4 days a week, work on cardio and strength workout and control what you eat
  3. run, not even alot 1 mile 4 days a week 2 miles the next 3.. 4miles 4 days a week on the last week
  4. 180lbs is about average for someone 6' tall.

  6. drink only water and lots of it - sounds obvious but water is the trick, if you think how much orange juice/ squash you may drink in a day that is all extra cals and if you read how much cals they hav in a 250ml glass you would be pretty shocked. eat a banana for breakfast. try to eat lots of fruit and salad. dont eat after 6 and excercise in the morning and after dinner (at about 8) do excersise you enjoy and get a friend to do it with you - eg go on a bike ride with a mate and it will be more enjoyable than on your own. find a photo of your ideal body and stick in oun ur fridge, draws, doors any thing to remind you of what you want and insure that you dnt get tempted to binge when you next look at the fridge. go to sleep early so you have less time to think about food once you have excercisd . drink warm water with lemon in the morning to make you feel healthy and awake. research food swaps eg swap jaffacakes for rice cakes etc. but there are much funner ones out there than tht! lol.
