  1. my wife wanted to lose her last 7-10 pounds of 'baby fat'...and she tried everything...finally she tried the latest thing with the recordings...i must say, i didn't believe that she would have the ability to lose them..but those things worked....she didn't feel deprived, ate what she wanted..but she was always full after eating half on her plate...she also had a sweet tooth and now after using the sugar addiction download, is craving spicy foods, not sweets....just trying to help those out there that were where my lovely wife was...company was written up in Healthcare Review and they are called Independent Achievement Pro. What i liked best was that she wasn't on diet pills that used to make her cranky. so i think it would be safe for even someone your age to use.
  2. You don't need to lose any weight.
  3. by exercising and eating right
  4. What??? Can you please say that again??? You do NOT need to loose weight. I'd say you need to gain some weight or at least maintain a normal weight.
  5. Kiddo, you're too young to be dieting or worrying about your weight. Please, don't even think about it. That's not "extra" weight. You probably haven't even reached your full height yet. You should just worry about eating healthy food and getting exercise -- and I don't mean running six miles a day or lifting weights. Just don't eat any Snickers bars or hot dogs. Stay away from processed crap, eat vegetables and fruits and freshly cooked meats and walk around and run a little. For god's sake, you're a kid. BE a kid. Turn off the damn tube and computer and go outside. There's nothing on TV right now, anyway. I'm beggin' you, don't worry about your weight. Ok? Please?
  6. go to http://www.burnthefat.com/ its as simple as that
  7. What "extra"??? You're underweight! Average weight for a woman is 100 lbs for 5 ft tall and 5 lbs per inch after that, meaning at your height a weight of 150 lbs is reasonable. I'm four inches shorter than you and 115 would be underweight for me. For you it would be extremely unhealthily underweight. A lot of young teens seem to come here thinking they need to lose weight when they do not. It is probably a combination of alarmingly thin celebrities and teenagers thinking they are getting fat when they start their normal growth.
  8. 125 pounds is extremely thin for your height so, it will be very hard for you to lose weight. But if you really want to, eat smaller and more often and exercise. Please be careful!
