How long should it take to lose 10 pounds with a healthy easy diet and exercise?

Im 15 and i want to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Will I be able to do it? Can anyone give me advice on how to succeed my goal?

  1. It's possible, but you will likely gain some of it back. Doctors say that apx 2lbs per week is ideal for weight loss when youre trying to lose fat. You can probably lose 10lbs in 3 weeks but it wont all be actual fat that you've lost. Good luck!
  2. I think it is but none of the ways I know are healthy.... just move about, don't just stay sitting and when you are watching tv, get a bottle of water and find exercises to do with that.
  3. You should just drink 2 cups of green tea daily. And in about 3 weeks you'll see a difference in your bmi, waist and you'll have less body fat.

I'm 15 and it has taken me about 1-2 months just to lose 6pounds. but that might be because I'm skinny already- i don't know? if you want my advice: Breakfast: cereal / porridge made with water Lunch: fruit salad Snacks: Raw vegetables ie carrots, beans Dinner: what ever you usually have, just cut it down a bit. What works really well for me is having a sugary drink/snack before bed. like a spoon full of ice cream or a tiny piece of cake. good luck
