  4. A kitchen knife can be used to cut off excess fat, if that's what you're asking....sorry. No really, if you have time and a place to go jogging that wound help a lot. A jump rope would also help. I have a saying, as I want to become a personal trainer someday, "if you're looking to lose weight, then don't lift them." Which means, don't lift weights because that will only make you gain muscle mass. And yes, muscle does weigh more than fat. Anything you can do to get your heart pumping will help. You also need to find a proper diet that suits you. I know you don't have much money, but if you could find a dietitian that can run some analysis on you, he/she can prescribe a diet that will help you a lot. BTW I read one of the girl's answers above, the one with the laxative, no eating, and lemonade diets, and all of those are very bad diets. They all do more bad than good, by not giving your body enough nutrients. You need nutrients to carry out everyday tasks and if you don't get them, it can cause light-headedness, headaches, muscle pains, among many other things. Please, do not try any of those things. If you want to lose weight you must have a proper diet and exercise. It's hard and sometimes unhealthy to just to one or the other and expect to lose weight.

It is doable but you do not have to go to the extremes of laxitives and diets that only work untill you start eating healthy again and then that screws up your metabolism, and you do not want that. Also in order to get the results you want you will have to do a little bit of weight training mixed with cardio, yes muscle does weigh more than fat but in order to burn the fat you need to stimulate your muscles and help raise your metabolism. You can start with running around the block , jogging , and if it is your first time sorta getting into the running you can do run walk jog intervals switch every 5 or 10 minutes and eventually it will get easier, and when it does get easier you can push yourself harder. In your home you can also do pushups , sit ups , lunges, etc. , you can also find some good free workout videos on the net that can show you what to do ! and try reading some womens health magaine for some extra tips !! Also eating healthy is important for long term results and making a routine and sticking with it! I hope it all goes well !! good luck !
