I want to lose 10 pounds by December. What are some healthy ways to achieve my goal?

Would I lose 10 pounds if I eat only vegetables every day until December? I think eating vegetables to lose weight is a lot better than starving yourself to lose weight. What foods should I eat to achieve my goal? What kinds of workout should I do? I'm 5ft 4 inches and weigh 109 pounds.

  1. You should Not just eat vegetables every day until December. Instead, try having a variety of nutritional foods (protein, veggies, fruit, dairy, etc.). If you consume around 1200 calories daily and do 45-60 minutes of cardio (running/jogging/whatever it takes to keep your heartrate up) 4-5 times a week, then I can just about guarantee you that you'll lose at LEAST 10 pounds by December!
  2. how much do you weigh now, how tall are you? there are some really fast ways to lose weight but none are particularly healthy ways as weight loss should be gradual.......more info needed
  3. There are many great healthy foods you can eat and great workouts too. Lean proteins are always good with some steamed vegetables, salads (with lite dressing), and fresh fruits. Try not to eat too many carbs, but make sure not to cut them completely out of your diet. Also some workouts you could do is just walking briskly around your local park or jogging as well as doing some sit ups, jumping jacks, and maybe a little weight lifting with 3-5 lb hand held weights.   4. Well this is what i do: 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups before i go to bed Walk as much as I can. Have healthy snacks like Popcorn with out butter. I hope this helped and good luck.
