How can I get myself motivated to lose 10 pounds and tone up?

I recently lost about 16 pounds. I want to lose more atleast 10 more pounds but I lost the 16 pounds so easily that I just can't seem to get motivated enough to lose 10 more pounds. After I lose the weight I wanna tone up some and mayby get a 6 pack. Note: I am a 15 yr old boy.

  1. The motivation must come from within. If you want it, go and take it. Making gains in muscle size and strength via weight training can be a great way to get motivated. Say you're benching 150 now, and get up to 175 in a few months, youre going to want to get to that 200 mark. It's a great feeling to know youre getting stronger and that will motivate you. Plus, people will start taking notice, and that will also do the trick. Stacking on some muscle will help to burn up the unwanted 10lbs. Your overall weight may not even change, but your body composition will. Don't forget the cardio.. 30mins a day 4x a week... go fairly hard but not to where you're constantly gasping for air.
  2. draw yourself up a goal plan and make sure each day you try hard to reach it. what works for me is remembering those numbers on the scale. i never want to be 63kg again.
  3. eat a lot of fiber and protein, and don't eat white foods- sugar, starch... get your carbs from whole grains. protein builds lean muscle mass. starch builds fat. fiber gets your guts working right and always makes you drop pounds it is also filling. the motivation is simple- healthy food tastes good, makes you feel good. exercise does too. imagine how happy you'll feel when you've achieved your goal- that's your motivation.
  4. The only way to lose weight is to eat less calories and increase exercise, but hey you're 15 don't take it so seriously it's good to look after your health and good on you but do it the fun way participate in lots of sport, especially stuff you like doing rowing is particularly good for all your aims (even a rowing machine) do not get an obsession with weight, toning etc
  5. my best way to keep myself motivated was to write a letter to myself. like, when i was like 'yeah! lets go exercise' i'd take a moment to write how i feel on a note, then when i wasn't feeling motivated, i'd drag my sorry ass off the couch and read that note, crank up the music, and start exercising!
