How to lose 5 pounds in three days?

So how can you lose five pounds in three days I weighed myself today and I weighed 103 but I want to way 98 and I'm 5'4. All the other people on here are like 5'8 and 98, so I guess I'm kinda big. Can you help me out what should I do?

  1. im 5'3 and i weigh 98. im 14 and all i do is nothing lol i dont even play sports but i guess you could start running like 1/2 mile but dont over do it
  2. Exercise and eat healthy everyday i guarantee you will lose some pounds... but probably not in three days. avoid salt and fastfood.

  4. Not eating might do it, but then again its not healthy what so ever. Try working out.
  5. 5 pounds in three days is impossible and unhealthy....and plus you're underweight...and the weight tat you wants to get can be very harmful to your body and esp to your healthy...i recommend you to gain a litte weight...excerise to stay healthy!!..do not lose anymore weight...and to the people you said abt on here....they are all unhealthy and underweight....and some of them know they are and some of them are getting help and trying to gain weight..!!!

DO NOT LOSE ANY WEIGHT... 5'8 and 98 pounds is waaaaaaaaaay to small.. and 5'4 and 103 is not big at all im 5'4' and my weight has ranged from 140 to 211 while pregnant. and at 140 was a good weight for me didnt look big at all just nice and healthy...but yeah you should be about 110 -120 i would think.. check the height and weight chart you dont wanna end up like mary kate and nicole richie.. thats deathly skinny ... guys dont wanna hug bones
  7. well what i would say is just every morning may be take a walk around your park or a jog. if you run you might get muscle and seeing that you don't want to weigh more then not a good idea. i think you weight right now is just right you don't want to look gross skinny allot of people don't like that at all. drink water only.
