What is an easy way to lose 5 pounds?
I want to lose 5 pounds but I'm not sure what kind of foods to eat and how much I'm not fat I weigh 7 stone 2lb you are probably fatter than me I am not a bitch sorry about the above there was somebody on here who said my mum was sick and that I was a fat bitch

- Very simple way. The easiest and best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and lots of physical activities. It is summer, make full use of it. if you are very busy then least you can do it was for around an hr at least a day. Coming to eating healthy, stop the oily food that does including fast food and fried chicken. The more junk food you eat, the more you must be physical active, to burn those calories. :) g'luck
- stick to low calorie foods. i would also recommend running with a thermal trimmer. its prolly the fastest way to lose water weight.
- Drink lots of water, avoid salty foods, cut way back on carbs (bread, potatoes, rice, starchy vegetables - those kinds of things), use vinegarette on your salads, stick with broiled or grilled proteins (meat, fish) and fresh or grilled veggies.
- cabbage soup diet will help yoy loose more than 5 pounds in 1 week!
- You should decide how many calories you want in your diet, and then I would recomend looking for items that are low calorie, but also low fat, but it all depends on what you are doing for your diet. The main thing for a diet to work is just to consume fewer calories than what you are burning, so lower calorie is best. But the thing about just lower calorie is that you don't want to get something that is lower calorie, but still has a ton of fat, and you don't want to get something that is low calorie but with a ton of sugar. Just look at the labels and you need to figure out what fits into YOUR diet
- Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
