  1. Water doesn't "flush" fat away. Fat has to be used to go away. Drink a normal amount of water to allow your body to function properly, and simply cut back on what you are eating, or exercise more.
  2. Water alone won't make you lose weight. But either way, you should be drinking at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water each day.
  3. No, honey. You need to burn more calories than you eat, and you don't burn much by drinking water. Fat does not flush away, it needs to be burned through exercise and through eating less (the energy that your body lacks will then be taken from your fat). There is no easy way, it's all discipline. Eat less carbs because they are sugars, keep the protein going, and replace prepackaged or unhealthy snacks with lots of veggies and a moderate amount of fruits. However, it is necessary to drink a minimum of 2 L of water a day to function well. For exercise, I'd focus more on weight training than cardio if you don't have time to do both. Weight training burns more calories (although a lot of people don't know that).
  4. try a water detox, its one of the healther forms of weight loss ( ive never tried it, but i heard it works) For two days eat nothing but water, when the two days are fiinished eat veggies, fruit and rice for the following week. It sounds crazy, but alot of the time people misinterperate dehydration for hunger. I read that people generally drop about 7-15 pounds. -btw i am not a diet expert nor have i ever been on a diet, but i do know that this is suppossed to work, make sure you check its a good idea to loose weight before you start, check your BMI.
  5. I'd say 5 pounds. Drink 5 pounds of water and within a day you'll pee out that 5 pounds.
  6. The usual which I believe to be 8 on average. You could lose weight by going on a sensible diet, aand I mean sensible. There's really no sense in losing weight, if you end up tired and altogether unable to be your "usual self". Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and nuts and see if it works. Thank me later :D
