Lose pounds and inches

How can i lose 5 pounds by thansgiving?

i know that thanksgiving is just next week but HELP! i really want to lose 5 pounds fast!

  3. Assuming you're female, buy a "tummy tamer" girdle thing to make you LOOK thinner. Wear fitted, but not excessively tight clothes A "fishtale" hem skirt and a rouched top with princess seams will flatter your shape. There is NO SAFE WAY to loose 5 lbs in a week.
  4. Its considered healthy to lose anywhere from 2 to 3 lbs. a week. If you want to loose some extra though here are 4 tricks that I do. 1. Drink a lot of water. They say to take your weight and multiply it by .6 and whatever that amount is is the amount of water in ounces you should drink per day. 2. Lower your salt intake. 500-1500 mg a day 3. Cut back on your carbs. Not completely but cutting back will keep your body from retaining extra water and it will burn off whats already in your system. 4. Instead of eating 3 meals a day eat 6 small meals. (Grapefruit jumpstarts your metabolism so thats a good idea for a breakfeast meal.) Well I hope this helps.
  5. Actually, you can, but you need a juicer. Kmart has a good one for only $40. What you do is a juice-fast. Three times a day or more, make yourself some fresh vegetable and/or fruit juices and have nothing else except for water and tea. A juice fast is very healthy and after the first few hours you will not feel hungry. Good juice cominations are carrot and watermelon (include the white part of the melon too, only cut off the actual skin); beet, carrot, and apple; really any combination that sounds appealing but beets are good to include and do not ruin the juice. Watermelon helps get rid of excess water weight. Google "juice-fast" if you don't believe me! I did an 18-day juice fast and lost 15 pounds and have kept it off. This is the way to go. VERY healthy.
