How do I lose 5 pounds in 2 days?
I realize that I just asked this question, but I have some things to add. I'm 5'4" - 5'5" and I weigh 110 pounds. I'm not unhappy with my weight right now. It's just that I know I'll gain weight from New Years and I want to lose it before I gain it. So, I need to lose it in 2 days. And I'm willing to take drastic measures. Thanks! Anything you guys can say will help!

- That's not a very healthy thing to do. The only thing I can really offer is to hardly eat, and drink water. Lots of water.

- I guess with 110 you need to keep it that way. Sont do anything crazy. Just watch what you eat at new years. and you will be fine. You also can run the first week of the new years do you will burn all the extra calories. be healthy.
- Drink a gallon of distill water a day. Stay away from the SODA!! And do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed. Also eat salads for lunch and dinner. Oatmeal in the morning with a glass of water. - Enema. Although you won't lose fat, you'll just weigh less when you step on the scale. Trying to lose that much in two days will at best be water weight so there's really no benefit. Have fun on New Year's and lose it the healthy way at a reasonable rate afterwards.
- So what if you do gain 5 pounds? You will be no worse of a person! People should just love and accept who they are. And you should most likely try to eat healthier at your party. Like, if you want something crunchy, instead of chips....have some veggies! or some pretzels! And instead of soda, stick with water or juice!

- eat 1/5th of your normal calorie intake and burn double that in running, diet AND gym get best results, otherwise if you miss the gym out you'll suvive on the fat reserves with minimal results. Water and some sugar is essential.
- Colon cleanse(? spelling). Go to a health and vitamin store.
- Dont eat excrise like crazy and take water pill you can get at walmart that make you pee alot to get the extra water out
- you need to go somewhere that will make you sweat alot. Tan, Sonia, work out, go walking or jogging! Sweat as much as you can. Eat lightly, but healthy. Drink water not anything else. ( rearranged my entire house to help me sweat after having my first baby ) I lost 30 pounds in a week and half. Really depends on your genes too! good luck
- Lol theres no easy way to healthily do it but, drink a whole load of wine and you should dehydrate youself enough to lose 5pound of water! But i dont recommend this :) No easy way out, but working out :)
- You are currently underweight. You should weigh 120-125 pounds. I know you don't like hearing this. Don't lose more weight, and plus losing 5 pounds is 2 days is too fast and unhealthy. Please be smart about this.
- wait until the wait is gained before trying to lose or you will add it all back, just eat as usual
