what is a good way to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks?
I am "5'3" 16 and 149 pounds i like to be thick but i need my stomache, thighs and arms on point i lost 2 pounds but i want to lose an additional 5 to 6 pounds in 2 weeks i am on summer break and i have all day to work out i wanted to be at least 125-135 pounds but i jus want to know what can i do and eat to loose im willing to go the distance.

- You could do two diets. 1) Don't eat anything. 2) Exorcise.
- Eat 20% less food and the weight will drop off. Try a smaller plate.
- only eat protien and salad , exercise more than an hour a day. eat lots of fruit. stop eating before going to bed by 4 hours. thats how i lost weight. also drink at least 8 glasses of water / day
- Just diet and exercise...2 weeks is great to lose that much weight. Just eat healthy and workout. If you want specific suggestions then here are some meal ideas. Egg white omlet for breakfast with some salsa, and orange and cup of skim milk. for lunch a salad with some grilled chicken some sort of lite dressing. for dinner poached chicken breast, a cup of brown rice and 2 cups of veggies, not carrots, corn or potatoes tho. or you can go drastic and eat chicken noodle soup for each meal for those 2 weeks.
- eat little portions of your daily food and run alot
- don't eat any carbohydrates! you'll see results within 3 days on your tummy expecially
- maybe you have to do these things: 1.when you have breakfast,you just eat fruit 2.Forl lunch,eat vegetables 3.At night ,you drink juice and,,, don't forget to have an exercise every morning and evening! Good luck!!! :)
- I did the very same thing by eating 2 bowls of cerial with low fat milk and walking for 1 mile a day. Didn't do me any harm but I had a lovely fry-up after the fortnight.
- first of all make sure you are having breakfast and that you are dinking plenty of water. skipping breakfast only slows down your metabolism and that is something you dont want to do. Breakfast; 1/2 of a light english muffin 1 egg, scrambled or hardboiled 1 fruit 1dairy mid-am snack: carrot stick or 1small fruit or 12 small strawberries or a handfull of cherries Lunch; 1 protein; chicken or beef (8-7 ounces of it) 1 veggies 1 starch mid-pm snack: cucumber wedges or broccolie dipped in light dressing (or some type of veggies only one serving though) dinner; 1 protein (same as above) 1veggie 1starch 1 fat (such as; 1tbs. mayo or 2tbs sour cream or cheese) it might seem like a lot of food but ur body really does need this food and since you are taking it spread throughout the day you'll stay fuller, longer and you wont tend to over eat and gain weight therefore it'll help you loose weight. trust me i'm doing this same thing and i'm doing ok. best of luck : )
- Well i'm glad you said "do and eat" because it is possible to loose weight eating right or not eating at all(i wouldn't prefer not eating...) you loose weight faster with exercising too. We'll start with your food intake......You should eat something small every 3hrs(when you're awake ofcourse). When i say something small i mean half a pack of crackers, a very small bowl of cereal, if your sitting down and eating with your family take 2 bites of everything on your plate then set it aside for later and repeat the 2 bites 3 hours later. Your exercise, you say you want your stomache thighs and arm "on point" lol. You should do a 15 min exercise segment 3 times a day. Thats one when you wake up, one in the middle of the day, and one not right before you go to sleep but about an hr or 2 away from it. The segments should consist of crunches for your stomach ofcourse but when you do them don't count...lol...after it starts hurting pretty bad then start counting and count to 5. Sit ups will help with your thighs you should do one up then lean your body to the right when you come up then to the left and repeat that 10xs. As for your arms pushups but it would be better to have weights, if you can find weights they shouldn't be too heavy and the exercise should be bringing your arms out and up so that your elbows are making a 90 degree angle with the wieghts in both hand extend up and down slowly to get the full effect again don't count until it hurts and then count to 5. Running in your spare time will help also. =) Peace.
