How can I lose 15 pounds and inches off my waist, fast, in 2 weeks?
I need to look sexy for swim suit season, and I can't fit into a 2 piece without being totally embarrased. I think I look FAT! I don't want to starve myself, of course, but i need to look good quick, and have sexy, slimmed results. Do you know a good workout and/or diet that can meet my requirements?

- You can't safely lose 15 pounds in two weeks unless you're only planning on losing water weight. A safe rate to lose fat is between 1 and 2 pounds per week. If you start exercising with weights, at least you might achieve a more toned body by that time if you do it daily and start now.
- No - there's nothing that will do that in 2 weeks.
- Limit your carb intake. And be careful because a lot of stuff has carbs in it. Also drink low fat or skim milk to control your hunger and speed up your metabolism. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. No sugar.
- The all fruit diet. You should look it up. You loose about 10-17 lbs. a week, but be careful with crash dieting.
- well you can either starve your self, or just eat really light and do situps 2 times a day and walk alot lot lot!!!! work out at least 2 hours a day. good luck but that is really unhealthy as i am sure u heard but i guess i would just starve myself and workout.
- do exersice and avoid oily food and eat healthy food.
- Eat and exercise cut back sugars and get alot of sleep. the general. Cut back junk but eat tons of vegetables and fruit and meats. Don't starve!!!
- im sure ur already very sexy. but lay off carbs and eat stir fry. just walk or shoot sum hoops for exercise. how many calories depends on your weight. multiply your weight times ten and thats what your daily calorie requirements are. i weigh 215 so mine would be 2150. but i eat less now and im starting to lose weight gradually but effectively. just cut the amount of calories in half and half smaller but healthier meals throughout the day. just dont eat cuz your bored. thats what happens to me sometimes. i know you can do it. good luck!

- You probably can't. But if you are willing to sacrifice and work very hard you may be able to drop 8-10 in that time period. Minimal calories 900- 1000 per day. Lean protein, fruit and vegetables and very little starchy carbs. Lots of water as well. You will have to work out twice a day ,each session including an hour or more C.V. ,treadmill ,running etc. and 1/2 hr. of weight training (which burns more fat and calories than most are aware of). Eating something small when you first wake and shortly after working out (1/2hr. to 45mins. ) will speed your metabolic rate. Work out again in the evening after dinner ,this will keep your rate up and do not eat after 7:00 pm. Like I said it will be hard ,but if you want it you can probably do it. Or there is always crystal meth?
