Lose pounds and inches

What is the most effective and quick way for a 13 year old girl to burn fat and lose 5-7 pounds?

I am 13. I am not fat, but I don't feel comfortable with my body. I would like to burn somefat and mabye lose 5 pounds. The problem is mostly my stomach. What is the quickest and most effective way to do these things? i probably weigh between 120-125 and an about 5'6

  2. The easiest way would cut out all desserts! Watch the soda, diet or not, no more than one a day. Drink lots of water. Walk when you can. If you cut out dessert and the soda I bet you will lose weight safely.
  3. Hun, if you really want to lose weight, do it the healthy way. Are you eating a lot of junk food?? Soda? Cut back. No more soda. That will cut off pounds. Eat healthier foods. Then everyday after school, go for a run. Just around the neighborhood if your parents say it's okay. No more than a mile though. You don't want to over exert yourself. Be safe, don't get crazy with trying to lose weight. Just stick to healthier means and exercise. Good luck! :)
  4. do crunches or sit ups. this will tighten your tummy and drive all the boys crazy (or girls, if that's your preference).
