How can I lose 5 pounds in 8 days?
Help, please. I have a gym membership, and really need to know how much I should be working out / exercising how in order to lose the 5 pounds.

- Drink a lot of water every day in the morning. That will help get rid of water weight. Excersie for an hour a day, cut out soda and candy, eat less, if you can, or replace part of your meal with fruits and vegetables.

The fuel supplied for this workout will come straight from your body fat stores. If you need motivation to do this- a strong cup of coffee will do. Be sure to eat protein and carbs afterwards- otherwise, your muscles will be robbed to pay for the empty stomach workout. 4) Count calories. It's a pain to do- but you only have eight days to do this! Try staying around 1400 calories if you are a woman- 1800 calories of you are male. 5) Get 8hrs of sleep every night. This is important. When exercising- many good changes occur overnight, while you sleep. Weigh yourself each morning.
