How do you lose 5 pounds in 2 days?
I'm 5'5" and 110 pounds right now, and I eat right, and I exercise, but I really need to lose 5 pounds in two days. How?

- You have to take really drastic and unhealthy measures - don't eat anything and work out like crazy!
- first of all thats not healthy 2nd of all youre already underweight for your height 3rd of all why 2 days? it would take you like 2 weeks to lose 5 lbs unless you like throw up
- You could probably lose that 5 pounds of water weight. Try an anti bloating otc medicine. That might work.
- Eat a banana a day and don't drink any water.
- That is not healthy at all, the answer is do not lose 5 pounds in 2 days. Your body cannot handle that much weight loss that fast.

- uh, you are way too skinny for your height. you should be at least 140. but at any rate the only way you are going to lose that much weight in two days,which is not healthy at all, is to not eat a darn thing those whole two days; maybe some water.

- Eat small meals, like six SMALL meals(a baked potato, carrot stix and dip, ect.) everyday and no caffine (dr. pepper, pepsi, or coke-a-cola) only drink water. You wont loose it in TWO days, maby 4 or 5, that way your body can handle the change in weight. Just make-sure that you are being HEALTHY. and you should be fine. And you are not "un-healthy" now, some epople are just Naturally small. My grandmother is only 120 pounds (5'6) but she is as healthy as a horse! - Do not try to. Losing 5 pounds in 2 days is unsafe. If you are trying to get your weight down to compete in a different weight class of some sport, just give up on that idea and be the best you can be in your current division. You might even want to exercise to gain some muscle which will make you better in your chosen sport.
