How can I really lose 5 pounds every week?

I know to lose 2 pounds a week but I'm impatient. So don't tell me that. Don't tell me to cut my limbs off either. I just want real and serious answers. I don't care if you say it will all come back. If it does, then I learn my lesson. So with that said. How can I lose 5 pounds a week. With out starving, drugs or killing myself? What types of foods should I eat and avoid. Should I drink strictly water. What are good exercises? Any other tricks would be great too.

  1. truthfully losing much more than two punds of weight a week is very unhealthy for you sorry i know you didn't want to hear that but it is the truth. But to lose weight jus make sure that everything you eat is healthy and a balanced diet. also eat foods low in fat and sugar. Vegetables are the best calorie wise you can eat a lot of these without intaking much calories, and make sure you eat breakfast. Also if you want to exercise do it at the begining of the day to kick start your metobolism for the whole day
  2. Frankly I don't think losing 5 pounds is healthy at all nor is there an easy way other than having a proper diet and exercise. You could probably lose it with drastic measures like just drinking water but that's equivalent to starving yourself and it's definitely not what you would want to do. If you're already losing 2 lbs a week that's definitely not bad at all. Good luck.
  3. vomit over and over, just kidding...No really though, I used to diet a whole bunch way back when, always trying to lose 3-4 lbs a week to get to my picture perfect weight. Always thinking in my head, if I could just be 10 pounds lighter, I will fit into my 3-4 size jeans. Well, I have done that whole thing, the process sucks at the time, but it works. This is what you have to do.... Definitely avoid salt, always eat your meals at home prepared by you, no eating out. Go to the grocery store and buy lots of produce, fruits are good, but veggies are the best to lose by. I have found some yummy ways to cook up stir-fry dishes, use different herbs and spices to give some flavor so you don't get bored. Natural foods like veggies actually burn calories to digest, don't worry about over consuming these healthy low cal foods. The more you eat healthy, you will really lose the weight. I buy the "I can't believe it is not butter" spray to spritz on my dishes. We do need some protein, only have 4 oz. of lean chicken or seafood a day, that is all you need. Basically stick to wholesome foods that come out of the ground and you can't go wrong! My problem is that I got burnt out on this for doing it so long...Exercise helps, but dieting really works...good luck, and you will lose the 5 lbs /week if you want!
