How can i lose 5 pounds in two weeks without starving myself,and using pills?
I refuse to use pills, and not eating, so i need an alternative to lose 5 pounds in two weeks? Any suggestions, preferably people with experience.

- like she said. now then, drink gallons of water. you'll need it with all the exercise. and it will wash away toxins released from body fat. eat wisely, heavy on the fruit. prunes! (think about it). high fiber with that. good luck

- ultra slim fast 2 times a day and a very light meal at night. also have a snack of fruit or fruit yogurt no more than 100 calories each. drink plenty of water 64 oz if possible, ugh, i know but it works.good luck
- Drink more water...try eating a grapefruit for breakfast...cut back on salt...if you feel hungry go for walk then eat...don't eat after dinner...try eating 4-5 small meals a day! Good luck!!!!!!
