How can i lose 5 pounds in less than a month?
I want to lose 5 pounds before going on a school trip to soak city how could i get that done? i have pe everyday and run on tuesdays and thursdays and on wednesday monday and friday we play a sport so i need to know what else i can do to lose the 5 pounds in less then a month. HELP!

- It sounds like you're 1/2 way there, you're getting enough exercise. Just make sure you're eating healthy and try not to eat too late (after 6). Eating a healthy breakfast also helps your metabolism.
- My mother in law lost 10 pound in one week but it was really hard so here it goes..... 1)The first two days you don't eat at all and everytime you get hungry you drink water only water. 2) The next two days you dont eat and when you fell hungry you drink juice. 3) On the fifth day you start by eating only salads and the sixth day you start eating normal little by little but remember not to start eating a lot cause if not you will gain those pounds again.

- it may sound cliche but if you really put everything together, the best solution is diet and excersize. the one thing they do lack to say is you need confidence and you need to be able to push yourself. anyways this is something you should work on: here are some healthy low calorie options for breakfast: -oatmeal + 2 small tangerines or -1 bowl of oatmeal crisp cereal with a banana or -2 pieces of wheat toast, low fat butter and a fruit (breakfast is real important) for lunch try something like this: -cold cut turkey sandwich with lettuce and no mayo + bag of carrots/fruit -peanut butter and jelly + peanuts/fruit etc etc dinner: (sometimes you can't control what you have for dinner since your parents may cook so its ok that you can't control your dinner menu) but if you can, try something like Spagetti noodles with olive oil and melted low fat cheese (its really good!) you already seem to have the excersize part down just be sure that you keep eating healthy and stay away from temptation. If you're excersizing a lot small treats are no big deal at all. But if you suddenly crave fast food just imagine the body you want to have and stay away from the junk foods. throughout the day you may find yourself hungry and at a loss for healthy alternatives to calorie packed snack foods. When you go to school, bring a big sandwich bag full of cheerios mixed with craisins (they are really good!) if you don't like craisins then try raisins, adding unsalted nuts is also a good thing too. i hope you loose those five pounds! don't wait start now! good luck, im trying to eat healthier too! i bet you're doing a better job than me though! - Cut out soda, even diet soda because it makes you hungry. And make sure you eat breakfast. Not a donut or poptart something with nutritional value.
- my model friend once gave me these tips: - go on a soup diet, u get the nutrition but it digests easily, i think she did tomato soup but i guess u can vary the types of soups (obviously things like creamy seafood chowders shouldn't be consumed on a daily basis) - if u're not that desperate to lose weight fast, eat only 1 big meal a day. if u know u'll have a heavy dinner, graze on little snacks all day, or soup so u're not starving. but 5 pounds in 2/3 weeks is very do-able. remember to drink lots of water and dont eat until u're stuffed - just til u're no longer hungry.
