How do you lose 5 pounds in a week?
Im getting a little chubby and people make fun of me for it how can i lose 5 pounds per week?

- First a diet change to good foods. So fruits, water and such besides a healthy main course (make it a small portion). Then you have to have the dreaded exercise. Yup this is what does it. So if no gym around or affordable, do situps and pushups and such at home. Walk everywhere you can. At the mall park further away, walk in and take the stairs to the second level rather than the escalators. Start running in the morning or evening prior to eating and eat healthy (no bacon, no butter, cut back the potatoes, increase veggies). Cut out the snacks, pop, chips etc and chew on a carrot stick or a celery stick instead.
