  2. There's no way to know that. Everyone burns fat differently. It depends on your weight and your metabolism and many other factors. Do it anyway, though, it's great exercise!
  3. There'll be some loss...how much depends on what your calorie intake per day is, what your current fitness level is, and how intense your workouts are. That is an aerobic activity, but there are many other things that burn calories as well. Varying your workouts keeps your body from getting used to the same thing all the time, so helps you burn more calories. Keep it up (exercising), and with a healthy, balanced diet, you should see some good results in 8 wks. ☺
