How fast can i lose inches of my waist?
will jumproping help? im pretty thin except my tummy. i want to not have a roll. maybe lose 5 inches or so?

- Lay on your back with your knees up in a standard situp position. Cross your arms and hold them against your chest. Slowly raise your upper torso towards your knees. Your lower back should not come of the ground. Keep your chin up as you raise your torso. Hold at the top for one second, and lower. Repeat excercise making sure your arms stay crossed, your chin up, and your lower back on the ground. Lay flat on your back with your arms at your sides and your legs extended. Place your hands palms down underneath your butt and raise your head a couple of inches off of the the ground. Raise your legs so that your knees are straight, your toes are pointed, and your heels are six inches above the ground. This will be the "down" position. To begin repetitions, raise your legs up so that they are perpendicualar to the ground, keeping your knees straight. Lower them to the down position. This is one repetition. This excercise should be done on a bar that is just out of reach when you are standing upright with your feet flat and arms extended. 1. Grip the bar with your hands a little wider than shoulder width apart. 2. Raise your legs, bringing your knees upward towards your chest. Breathing out while doing this. Pull your knees up as high as you can without bending your back too much. 3. Lower your legs back down and breath in. This is one repetition.
- Running, biking, sit ups will help turn the muscle in to fat. Eat things that won't bloat your stomach but anyway, even the skinniest people get rolls when they sit down. My boyfriend is heaps skinny and when he sits down he gets these mini rolls. Its funny
- hmmmm I have the same problem! Umm, it depends! It is VERY possible to loose 11 pounds or so in 1 week, but it will leave you feeling helpless and tired, so I would loose weight the healthy way so you can keep it off.... So maybe just get outside, or possibly in the workout room more, and you can loose some weight :) Also try to eat healthy bc most of the fat on your stomach comes from unhealthy foods, poptarts, pastries, etc. Hope I helped!!!
- Cut back on calories and tone up your abdominal muscles. Aerobic exercise takes a very very long time to produce results.
- i think jumping rope will help but try crunches. if you get an exercise ball, you could do them on there and it works twice as much as crunches on the floor. good luck.
