How many pounds and Inches can you lose in 12 days if you...?

How many pounds and inches can you lose in 12 days if you do 30 mins of cardio 6-7 days a week, plus a 20 min windsor pilates workout 6-7 days a week, while watching everything you eat in those 12 days? Honest answers only please! I weigh about 129 and I am nursing. I am trying to loose some post baby weight before a holiday party. I am planning to continue working ot 5-6 days and still watching what I eat after the party, but I wanted to work harder over the next 12 days to look good in my dress. I know I should have started earlier but I don't have a lot of free time with 2 kids.

  1. you need more sleep..and more exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that. 1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day 2.) drink lots of water 3.)exercise every day 4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.
  2. it depends on the person but i think you should worry more about doing those things for your health instead of how small you can get because otherwise your still going in a negative direction

  4. That would depend on the intensity of the cardio and the amount of calories you take in. With moderate intensity cardio you can burn anywhere from 3 to 8 pounds in those twelve days.
  5. I dont know how many inches u can lose but its a good question though. I hear that on the cabbage soup diet you can lose 7lbs in 7 days without exercising but there are many others you can try. I know the cabage soup one consists of eating lots of veg soup and toward the end lots of steak. There is a diet that came out in WOMAN magazine lose 2 dress sizes in 14 days where you basically eat fish/chicken with various veg for the days, but yes I say excersize too.I hear of sum maple syrup diet/lemonade diet where you drink only that everyday but its pretty gruelling they say u hav to take laxatives 2 and salt water, they say beyonce did this diet for dream girls and you can lose 10lbs in 2 weeks but apparently Bey lost 20. Um I dont know what else to suggest. I know someone who did try the cabage soupone and she did lose 7lbs but she is slim anyway so my guess is if you are actually fat you will lose more...whatever works for you I hope you find it.
  6. probably no more than 3 lbs and no inches. 12 days isn't long enough for anything.
