What is the best way to lose a few inches off of my waist?
I really would love to lose a couple of inches off of my waist. I have tried dieting and still haven't been able to lose inches. I am no worried about my weight so much, just my size. Any thoughts?

- cardio cardio cardio. you could have a six pack but if you have a layer of fat on top of it you wont be able to see it.
- Run Run Run!!!
- Do alot of resistance straining like riding a bike and swimming. Also you should try to work out mucles all over your body because you will loose inches everywhere
- try eating less generally. In the summertime, it's easy to eat a ton because you're home a lot more where food is accessible. I just try to eat only when I'm hungry. Also, I try to jog / take a 5 minute bike ride up a hill every other day. I've been doing this for 4 weeks and I am already seeing results! [of course, if you're going to a special event or birthday or something, eat what you want, but be reasonable. You deserved it! ;)]
