how much time should I cycle to lose fat and not gain muscle ?
my thighs are 21 inches and I want to lose 2 inches off them and I have a exercise bike... but I don't want to gain any muscle b/c I don't want my thighs to get bigger. So how long and how many days a week should I cycle to just lose inches?

- Do you realize muscle is three times denser than fat? More than likely not. Lets say your thigh was the only body part you hard, and you dropped three inches of fat and gained one inch of muscle. You would be the same weight as when you started and two inches smaller.
