How can i lose fifteen pounds in one month?
I used to weigh 157 and i lost 30 pounds and i know weight 127. I have stopped dieting but continue to exersice so i have not lost weight since then. I am 21 years old and about 5'1 so my ideal weight is 115 and that is my goal. I want to lose 15 pounds in one month i just dont know how to anymore. Any suggestions?

- maybe your body has gotten used to the exercise routines that you are currently doing. After a while the body might level off if you know what I mean. Try mixing in different exercises. Exercises that are completely different to what you are currently doing.
- well im 11 and weigh 130 something. its disgusting. im trying to lose about 15 lbs also in 1 month. i suggest NOT eating anything with a high amount of sodium or fructose (sugar) you can probably drop the weight easily and it would help stop bloating. it doesnt work for me though because i just can help it. i love sugary salty things. it makes me happy
- i my self have some weight to loss.(130 lbs)..Its very hard but you seem to be on the right track.Eating healthy and physical activity play a big role in weight loss.YOu could try the before during and after diet.It works well. Before a meal drink a large glass of water to start filling you up. During your meal drink another large glass to keep fillin you up so you wont eat much. And do the same after. A secret is dont put so much on your plate. little amounts temp you not to eat so much.It can be very hard. but if you try i guarantee you will succede.Good Luck?

- Well I think it's totally about self-control: Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried) Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat) Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios Some other tips: DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda) Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health And of course, do at least 50 abs per day Good luck
